Our head office "Cheng Zuien Products Enterprise Co., Ltd." was founded in 1973 and has had over 34-years experience in making scissors. We keep developing cutting tools and household hardware in recent years.

To maintain a leading role in the field of making stainless steel scissors, "Zhongshan Kangmin Metal Art Fty., Ltd." was set up in mainland about 17 years ago. Due to good control of labor cost, the prices can be kept competitive in the market.

To offer customers best services and high-quality products, lots of funds have been put into the modern, advanced machines and working facilities. Thus, the producing capacity and ability of creating unique scissors have been enhanced accordingly.

With headquarter in Taiwan, "Cheng Zuien" plays a role of handling all business transaction and import & export affairs. Meanwhile, we also remote control the factory to arrange production schedule properly, and purchase raw materials in good rate.

"Kangmin" is able to open fine moulds to make new scissors when customers offer their own designs, since we have built up a division of mould and owns top members to open delicate moulds.
